Sher Atta is white whole wheat flour that contains the nutrient-rich germ and the fiber-rich bran. It is much healthier than all-purpose flour; it bakes and tastes better as well. In comparison to regular whole wheat flour that is made from red wheat, Sher Atta ingredients consist of a naturally occurring albino variety of wheat, which is lighter in color and has a sweeter, milder flavor. You can bake the Sher Flour to make Rotis or fry it for parathas.
