How To Use
- Fry onion in hot oil/ghee until Golden. Add meat and stir fry for a while. Put yogurt, ginger contents of Laziza Yakhni Pulao Masala (one bag only) and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add 5–6 glasses of water, cover, and cook on low or medium flame until meat is tender. (Ensure that when the meat is tender water should remain about 4 glasses, if less then add the desired quantity of water).
- Drain out the water of soaked rice and then put in the boiling meat and stock.
- Cover the lid properly / tightly and cook on medium flame exactly for 20 minutes.
- Enjoy the hot Yakni Pulao with cucumber raita.
