RECIPE: Chicken Tikka Masala
- 6 Tbsp. plain yogurt
- 5 Tbsp. Patak’s Tikka Masala Marinade Spice Paste
- 3/4 lb. diced chicken breast
- Basmati rice
Combine yogurt and Patak’s Tikka Masala Marinade Spice Paste in a medium plastic food storage bag.
Add chicken, seal bag and marinate in refrigerator for a few hours.
Remove chicken from marinade and arrange on grill or baking sheet; discard any leftover marinade.
Grill until cooked thoroughly. Alternatively, bake uncovered at 375°F for 30–40 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve hot with Basmati rice and Patak’s Chutneys and Pickles
