How to use: Boil the noodles in freshwater & keep them aside. Stir- Fry the chopped vegetables Of your choice ( cabbage, carrots, capsicum, onion) for 3-4 min * Add boiled noodles to the vegetables * Add 1.5 tbsp Ching's secret chowmein Hakka noodle masala * Mix well noodles, boiled vegetables & Chinese masala & stir fry for 2-3 min * Now your chowmein Hakka noodle is ready to eat. Garnish with onion & serve hot.
