Method
1. Mix the entire pack of spice mix to ê_Ô_ cup of milk to make a paste.
2. Deep fry paneer pieces till golden brown color and put in cold water & keep aside.
3. Heat 3 tbsp. oil in a pan.
4. Add cubes of capsicum and onion and fry for 2 minutes.
5. Add tomato puree and fry for 2 minutes.
6. Add spice mix paste and cook well till oil separates.
7. Add 1 cup water, paneer, and cook till gravy thickens.
8. Garnish and serve hot with phulka or naan.
