How To Use

1. Fry onion in hot oil/ghee until Golden. Add meat and stir fry for a while. Put yogurt, ginger contents of Laziza Yakhni Pulao Masala (one bag only) and fry for 5 minutes.
2.  Add 5–6 glasses of water, cover, and cook on low or medium flame until meat is tender. (Ensure that when the meat is tender water should remain about 4 glasses, if less then add the desired quantity of water).
3. Drain out the water of soaked rice and then put in the boiling meat and stock.
4. Cover the lid properly/tightly and cook on medium flame exactly for 20 minutes.
5. Enjoy the hot Yakni Pulao with cucumber raita.
